03 βStep by step
8 steps to your new site
- 1
Create your free account

π‘ Tip: Use an email you check often. New leads from your site arrive there.
signup - 2
Start from LinkedIn or your resume
Paste your LinkedIn link or upload your resume. Bhalikaar fills in your name, work, skills and contact details, so your site starts out already about you.
π‘ Tip: No LinkedIn or resume handy? Skip this step and type your details instead.
signup - 3
Pick the tutor website template
Choose your job when you set up your site. The template comes with the pages and buttons tutors and teachers need: classes, a "Book a trial lesson" button, FAQs and your own AI agent. Every word is plain language you can change.
π‘ Tip: Everything in the template is a starting point. Change any word, photo or page.

Add your photo and a few words
Open Homepage in the admin panel. Add a friendly photo, your name and one or two sentences about who you help. Or open Edit with AI and type what you want, like "make my intro warmer".
π‘ Tip: A real photo of you or your team builds trust faster than a logo.
- 5
List your classes
Open Offerings and add your classes: subject, level, online or in person, group or one-to-one, and the price per lesson or package.
π‘ Tip: Mention exam boards and age groups: parents search for them.
- 6
Teach your AI agent
Open AI and add notes with the facts visitors ask about: hours, prices, location, what to bring. Your AI agent answers only from these notes. When it doesn't know, it offers to pass the visitor's details to you.
π‘ Tip: Add your availability by weekday so your AI agent can suggest times.
- 7
Get every request in one inbox
When someone presses "Book a trial lesson" or leaves their details with your AI agent, it arrives in Leads and in your email. Reply from your phone, no app needed.
π‘ Tip: Turn on email alerts so you never miss a new lead.
- 8
Publish and share your link
Press Publish when it looks right. Share your link on your social profiles and in your email signature, and print your QR code for your card, door or counter. Add your own domain on a paid plan.
π‘ Tip: Put the QR code where people wait: reception, a menu or a business card.

05 βBusiness value
What it does for your business
A tutoring site does the convincing before the first message: parents see your subjects, results and prices, then request a trial. You get fewer back-and-forth questions and better-matched students.
