Refund Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from your site’s billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your site moves to the Free plan. Your content stays.

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months and unused features. When you change plans the price difference is charged or credited pro rata, so you’re never billed twice for the same period.

Exceptions

• If you were charged by mistake (for example twice for the same period), we refund the extra charge.
• Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right applies.

Trials

Free trials don’t charge you. If you add a card during a trial, your paid plan starts right away and the normal rules above apply.
