DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Sites on this platform are published by their owners. [COMPANY NAME] respects copyright and responds to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  • the page address (URL) of the material, specific enough for us to find it;
  • your name, address, phone number and email;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Designated agent

[COMPANY NAME], Attn: Copyright Agent, [COMPANY ADDRESS]. Email: [LEGAL EMAIL].

What happens next

We remove or disable the material and tell the site owner. The owner may send a counter-notice with: their signature; the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; their name, address and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where we can be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant tells us they’ve filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of owners who repeatedly infringe copyright.
